Do you ship internationally?

Our system is currently setup only to ship within the United States.  If you are located outside of the US and are interested in making an order, contact us here to discuss arrangement.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We know that playing the waiting game is never fun, so orders are fulfilled the following business day after they are placed, Monday through Saturday.  Shipment times will depend on the carrier-  depending on your location, your package will generally take 2 to 5 business days to arrive.

 

How do I cancel an order?

In order for us to help you receive your item(s) as soon as possible, orders are usually processed within 15 minutes after the order has been placed.  To see if your order is eligible for cancellation, send us a message here.

 

What is your return policy?

For returns, you must contact us to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 14 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 21 days of the shipment date.

Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed, and an additional 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.  You will be notified by e-mail when the return has been received and processed.  Once completed, the total will be refunded, or you can choose to have site credit issued to you.  The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items listed and purchased under the "Sale" collection are final sale items, and no returns will be accepted.
