Do you ship internationally?

Our system is currently setup only to ship within the United States.  If you are located outside of the US and are interested in making an order, contact us here to discuss arrangement.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We know that playing the waiting game is never fun, so our orders are shipped the same day as they're received, usually within 30 minutes from when the order comes through to us, Monday through Saturday.  Although we ship same-day, the shipment time will depend on the carrier.  Depending on your location, your package will generally take 2 to 5 business days to get to you.

 

How do I cancel an order?

In order for us to help you receive your item(s) as soon as possible, orders are usually processed within 15 minutes after the purchase has been made.  To see if your order is eligible for cancellation, send us a message here.

 

What is your return policy?

For returns, you must contact us to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 14 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 21 days of the shipment date.

Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed, and an additional 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card statement. You will be notified by e-mail when the return has been received and processed.  Once completed, the total will be refunded, or you will have site credit issued to you. Please note that card refunds may take up to five (5) business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items listed and purchased under the "Sale" collection are final sale items, and no returns will be accepted.
